Chef C. carter

I have been a professional chef for 10 plus years. I received my Culinary education at the Le cordon bleu Dallas where I studied classical French cooking techniques and cross culture foods. I am a down home cook from Texas with an upscale flare. People always ask me what's my favorite food to cook and I say food! I am well versed in all styles of food and cooking. Currently I hold executive chef  position at my catering company and have been the executive chef at several restaurants in Dallas.My experience ranges from down home food to hotel style as well as upscale 5 star restaurants delicacies. Food has always been a big part of my life and I love to bring joy to others through food.  I hope you enjoy!
